यह सूचना स्पीक एशिया के लीडर्स की ओर से आज जारी हुए एक मेल मेसेज के माध्यम से दी गई है। सनद रहे कि इससे पहले श्री तारक वाजपेयी के बारे में बताया गया था कि वे मुम्बई के एक हॉस्पिटल से फरार हो गए हैं। मेल में श्री तारक वाजपेयी के स्वास्थ्य लाभ हेतु प्रार्थना करने का आग्रह किया गया है।

We got one more update that Supreme court petition is postponed, before it was 8th November and now its postponed to 14th November. According to this source next hearing is 14th of November.
I understand that these are very testing times and it becomes very difficult to remain calm and patient. To proceed further maintaining our Unity and dignity is very very important. Definitely SAOL is going start but there is no fixed date for it. because it is in judicial. We should happy that they till with us and fighting for us. Atleast they are trying to do something. Think once what about other company. Speak Asia is also ready to pay if banks give permission. Time has come now to wait with patience and to hear good news. IT IS COMING SOON. Just few days left to regain the GLORY of being SPEAKASIAN. Please pray for Tarak Bajpayee, He is in bed rest and he had been transfer to some high facility hospital for ongoing surgery of heart.

We want all of you to go through the following link in Youtube in which the Chairman of the Press Council of India Honorable Justice Markandey Katju has strongly criticised the way MEDIA functions in India. He strongly recommends that crazy Indian media must be made accountable to at least someone.

We need not mention that it was none other than media led by great Star News who tried to spoil the financial future of 20 Lakh Indians who are Speak Asians. After this news channel almost every channel and newspaper in India tried to take their share of profit out of the misery of 20 lakh innocent Indians.
Media is not bothered to report when the honorable supreme court of India give some positive relief to the Speak Asia community. Such a big news is not worth reporting. But of course it is worried about where Mr. Tarak Bajpayee is, whether he has reported to the court or not. And that is not a small news. It is such a big news that it finds place in the front page of Times of India. The standered of media has gone down so much that journalists are seen equivalent to criminals in our society.

All Indians know at least one thing that Indian judiciary is unbiased, brave and not at all affected by the opinion of malicious media of India.

EOW Had Completed Their Investigation And In November They Will Filed Charge Sheet
In a news article in times of india .They have published that eow had finished there investigation and soon they will filed a charegesheet soon in november .
Is it good for panelist , yes its a great sign in their 90 days of investigation they eow just able to find the banking transaction made by speakasia ,and there is no charges against speakasia which proves that speaksia clients were false . And the all transaction made by speakasia was in a legal way speakasia have followed every rule under which they have transferred the money .In eow investigation eow was also able to find the money which was distributed to the panelist .which is approx 1100 crore .The main charges agaisnt speakasia was that speakasia had operated in ponzi scheme for this to be proved they do not have any proof .

And other main and most important charge is 420 this charge can only be put if eow able to proves that speakasia have cheated The panelsit but it is not possible this charge was put by a panelist in their fir he had mentioned that speakasia had stopped the payment .But we all know why speakasia had stopped the payement due to the RBI circullar banks were not able to grant the permission for transaction .And rbi is ready to give clearence to repay the dues so once if the accused get payment then there will not be any 420 charges .
And mca also accused speaksia for voilation of company act but its not possible in case of speakasia because speakasia is an online business and for online there is no law till which says that a company which runs an online business needs any registration .Company act is very old and it is yet to be revised means again there is no voilation at all . .
Everyone of us very curious about the taxes about the speakasia was it paid in legal matter let me clear this .
as we all know speakasia had paid there taxes in every transaction which was made in proper banking channels means there is no voilation can be made at there.And the other and most important is did panelist paid there taxes when generated pins let me clear this as we all in the model of speakasia we get rewarded by reward point means that we earn reward point not money means compnay can paid this to us .If we sell that reward pont it can be sell as free . means no one in legal matter can prove this wrong .Let me clear this by an example it is all up to me or a panelist that reward point earn by panelist can be used to generate pins and it is a logical product just like a game it is very complicated to clear but I am trying. Means i can create an account there is no where mentioned that that pin can only be sold through money .It can be given to our friends and family member . If they pay us for creating account its between the individuals taxes are only paid on earning there is no any law which voilated It can be said as this company is not paying or company is giving any money the value of reward point get increased and hence it can be sold by any how You can use that .
In short there nothing illegal in the matter of speakasia its all the legal proceeding all i want to say that if eow and rbi has charges speakasia had stronger arguments against there charges means no on can stop speakasia to win the battle .In my this article I had tried my best to clarify why should be trust on speakasia .
