Why There Is No Official Communication
Some member Panelists were raising question that why there is no official communication regarding the happenings in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and nothing about the meeting with His Excellency Justice (retd) R C Lohati, on the Company Blog. I would like to clear on it once and for all, so no more raiser of this question.
The Writ Petition in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India is from Panelists side, in Which company is also a respondent, all such cases where Panelists are petitioners and our company SAOL along with HVP is respondent, no communication on such cases are ever seen on any official blog or even earlier on popups from company side.
So please be wiser, and since the case is regarding panelists, so all such updates in which petitioner is Panelists or AISPA, either of them...u will see all these updates from AISPA site via Ashok Bahirwani ji, Secretary, AISPA.
When This Issue in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India will be sorted, company will themselves communicate regarding the win of respondent(s), HVP and SAOL.
So till then for such Panelists regarding cases updates please refer to AISPA website.

Speak Asia Charged With Money-Laundering
In a further sign of trouble for Singapore-based online survey company Speak Asia, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has booked the company under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for allegedly sending Rs 900 crore out of the country, disguised as remittances.
Speak Asia, which conducts online surveys on products and services, is already being probed by the Mumbai Economic Offen-ces Wing, and some of its India-based office-bearers were arrested in July, for allegedly duping members of about Rs 2,300 crore in reward points and dues.
The recent money-laundering case was registered last month; ED officials are now investigating which office-bearers were involved. Speak Asia CEO Manoj Kumar, did not respond to repeated phone calls and an email.

Our Matter Is In Judiciery… No One Can Give Exact Dates Regarding Payouts, Website And Business Restart. We Have To Wait For The Hon. Justice Mr. R.C Lahoti’s Report. There Is No Other Option.I can assure it, on 21st November , at least our SAOL management will surly go to the committee and will ask for restart of our website because it is mandatory to start the quick resolution process.
