Today morning yet again we have been targeted with a malicious and motivated news item in website of one of the Newspapers in India.

This news item wrongly states that our India operation COO Mr. Tarak Bajpai has disappeared .  It further goes on to also state the police have seized two cars and other properties etc. of Mr. Tarak Bajpai which is completely false and unsubstantiated. 

While Mr. Tarak Bajpai has undergone a surgery, he and the rest of the team have been cooperating with the law enforcement agencies as well as all other authorities looking into the allegations leveled against the company by some uninformed and motivated section of people.

All necessary actions are being initiated to try and stop such kind of malicious and un-substantiated news items from being reported. 

We once again appeal to you not to pay any attention to such kind of reports as they are completely false and motivated.

स्पीक एशिया: तारक जी कही नहीं भागे है

फिर से एक बार अफावाओं का बाजार गर्म हो रहा है ,TIME OF INDIA कह रहा है. स्पीक एशिया के सी ओ ओ तारक बाजपाई ज्यूपीटर हॉस्पिटल से गायब. तो E न्यूज़ पर दिखाया जा रहा है. तारक बाजपाई पुलिस की आँखों में धुल झोंक कर फरार कितनी सच्चाई है इन बातों में ? 

कैसे मीडिया अपनी ताक़त का गलत इस्तेमाल कर रही है,जब की स्पीक एशिया अपनी जीत के करीब है. तारक जी की बेल ऑर्डर कब की मिल चुकी थी वह  इस शर्त पर थी के अगले दो महीने हर सप्ताह में उन को पुलिस अधिकारियों के समक्ष हाजरी भरनी थी, तारक जी प्रकृति के कारण ज्यूपीटर हॉस्पिटल में भरती थे, हाजरी की  दो महीने की मियाद ख़त्म हो चुकी है. 

अब जिस व्यक्ति की जमानत मंजूर हो गयी हो वह क्या अपनी मर्जी से कही जाने के लिए आजाद नहीं हो सकता ? तो बस हो गया शुरू फिर से बात का बतंगड़ बनाने का सिलसिला. तारक जी कही नहीं भागे है और भाग भी नहीं सकते ,अगर भागना होता तो कब के भागे होते ना के अब तक का इन्तजार कर रहे होते दोस्तों स्पीक एशिया जीत के करीब है इस महीने के अंत तक हमारी सभी समस्याओं का अतं होने जा रहा है और नवम्बर की 10 तक स्पीक एशिया की साईट भी शुरू हो जाने  के आसार है..कोर्ट दीपावली की छुट्टियों के कारन बंद है वरना हमारी दीपावली का आनंद दुगना होता सभी स्पीक एशियंस को झलक इंडिया की और से दीपावली की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं.

स्पीक एशिया: तारक वाजपेयी सामने क्यों नहीं आते

आज टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने खुलासा किया कि तारक वाजपेयी पुलिस को चकमा देकर अस्पताल से गायब हो गए हैं। टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया ने यह भी बताया कि वे हेरदाबाद पुलिस की हिरासत में थे और मुम्बई पेशी के दौरान आए थे, यहां एक सर्जरी के लिए ज्यूपीटर हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती हुए थे। इधर स्पीक एशिया के लोगों का कहना है कि वो भागे नहीं हैं, मीडिया झूठ बोल रही हैं। मैं केवल इतना पूछना चाहता हूं कि यदि तारक वाजपेयी सचमुच कहीं जाकर छिप नहीं गए हैं तो सामने क्यों नहीं आते।  

मैं स्पीक एशिया का विरोध नहीं कर रहा, और यह भी बताना चाहता हूं कि तारक वाजपेयी के गिरफ्तार होने या फरार हो जाने से स्पीक एशिया की भुगतान प्रक्रिया पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पडऩे वाला, लेकिन सवाल यह उठता है कि यदि मीडिया गलत बोल रही है तो केवल इतना कहने से कि मीडिया झूठ बोल रही है, और ये दलीलें देने से कि उनकी तो जमानत हो गई थी, काम नहीं चलने वाला।

नासमझ लोगों को यह बताया जा सकता है, उन्हें तो कटोरी में चांद भी दिलाया जा सकता है, लेकिन जिनमें भी थोड़ी बहुत बुद्धि है वे सभी एक आसान सा सवाल कर रहे हैं कि यदि तारक वाजपेयी कहीं जाकर छिप नहीं गए हैं, उन्हें कानून का कोई डर नहीं है, यदि वे फरार नहीं हुए हैं तो जहां हैं, जैसे हैं सामने आएं।

पूरे भारत में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के केमरे मौजूद हैं और तारक वाजपेयी अब इतने छोटे भी नहीं रहे कि वे टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया का खंडन करना चाहें तो मीडिया उन्हें कवर न करे। स्टार न्यूज तक बात समझ आ रही थी, लेकिन यदि ये कहा जाए कि टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया भी स्पीक एशिया का दुश्मन है, सारा जमाना स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ है और भारत में जितने भी संत पुरुष हैं केवल स्पीक एशिया में ही हैं, वो जो भी कहें सच, दूसरे कुछ भी कहें सब झूठ तो यह समझ से बाहर की चीज हैं।

मुझे मालूम है कुछ स्पीक एशिया भक्त मुझे कतई पसंद नहीं करते, वे सोचते हैं कि मैं किसी दूसरी कंपनी से मिला हुआ हूं, लेकिन मैं उन्हें बताना चाहता हूं कि मैं कभी किसी को किसी भी कंपनी के लिए प्रेरित नहीं करता। मैने आज तक किसी भी कंपनी का प्रमोशन नहीं किया। मैं तो केवल यह बताता हूं कि कंपनियों में कितनी कमजोरियां हैं ताकि दूर की जा सकें। मैने स्पीक एशिया के टॉप मैनेजमेंट को भी केवल इसलिए तलाड़ लगाई थी, क्योंकि उनकी छोटी सी लापरवाही के कारण आज 19 लाख लोगों को यह दिन देखना पड़ रहा है। यदि वो समय रहते रजिस्ट्रेशन करा लेते और आलस न करते तो आज ये हालात न होते और हम और आप दीपावली खुशियों के साथ मना रहे होते। मैं वो कड़वा नीम हूं जो मीठे फल नहीं देता, लेकिन ऑक्सीजन देता है जो दिखती नहीं हैं, परंतु जीवन के लिए होती बहुत जरूरी है

Open Letter to Mr. Mateen Hafeez by Ashok Bahirwani

Dear Mr. Hafeez

I address you on behalf of the entire Speakasian Family in the capacity of the Secretary of All India Speakasia Panelist Association.
I wish to draw your kind attention to my earlier letter regarding your report MBA grad lost Rs. 14cr to SpeakAsia appeared in the TOI dated 9th August, 2011. I think you may have been busy cooking up unbiased stories, especially against Speakasia, and for this precise reason you may have not replied to the above mentioned letter.

Mr. Hafeez where may I ask are the over 100 complaints that you had mentioned in the said article and where is your imaginary MBA grad Mr. Sharad Yadav who had lost the whopping 14 crores. Come on Mr. Hafeez stop fooling around and get serious, you are playing around with careers of 20 lakh people.

I had drawn your kind attention to the fact that your said impugned report dated 9th August was an outcome of lazy Journalism and your report was a body of misinformation. I had ended my said letter as follows I hope to read more enlightened and researched news reports from you in the future.

Mr. Hafeez you have dashed my hopes and I now reach a conclusion that persons like you of low gravitas do not want to change. You epitomize the face of corrupt journalism. It is abundantly clear Sir, that you are motivated and absolutely biased against the company Speakasia online.

Allow me to explain my thought Process as under :

1. Is it your secret desire to be a JUDGE and it seems you have been forced to take up a career in Journalism. I think you secretly dream of being called Hon. Justice Mr. Hafeez. My advice to you is to stop dreaming such eventualities, as the basic prerequisite to becoming a Judge is to have basic intelligence and integrity and sorry to say you seem to be lacking on both counts.

Mr. Hafeez now that we have established that you are not qualified to become a Judge I urge you to stop passing Judgment like you have done in your report of 24th October, 2011 when you caption your mischievous article Fraud firm COO disappears while on bail.

Mr. Hafeez you seem eager to do everything else except do your basic duties of Journalism, You are an overzealous investigator, very cunning prosecutor, and a very sick judge.

2. You start by saying that Tarak Bajpai has disappeared and we don't know where he is said an officer. You are silent in saying officer from which agency, I am sure it cannot be an officer from the EOW as they will not make such wrong comments. I hope you have not been talking to the officer of your office canteen, as corrupt journalists like you are known to while away their time drinking cutting chai. I hope this officer is not once again a product of your hallucinating mind like the fictional MBA Grad Mr. Sharad Yadav (see para 3 above).

1. In para 4 of your impugned report you go on to say Company's defunct website as if to say that the company has closed down the website. Hon. Justice Hafeez sahib [sic]

Mr. Hafeez the website is not defunct by choice it is defunct because the admin rights are with EOW and the website will be fully operational as soon as EOW returns the website to the company.

2. It now seems that you are not only misinformed you are actually handicapped especially when it comes to figures. This was also evident from your earlier report of the 9^th August referred above and now when you say that the matter could run into 14000 crores. Under no stretch of imagination this could result in those numbers. My niece in 5^th standard can calculate that 20lakh X Rs. 11000/- does not become 14,000 Crores. I am now quite sure Judge Sahib that you are not only corrupt, you are also a lazy Journalist who can be easily motivated against anybody, and now it seems you use the outdated abacus for calculations, Sir buy a calculator.

3. Wow, you simply amuse me Hafeezji, kya kamal ka dimag paya hai aapne now where you got this news that the head office was in Mumbai and not in Singapore. Mr. Hafeez ji you seem to forget that initially you were reporting that this company has no office in India and there was no PE, then you in today's report say that more than 1000 Crores were siphoned off to Singapore then you suddenly come up with this piece of news that SAOL has its head office in Mumbai.

Come on judge sahib make up your mind.

4. Hafeezji, you end your misleading article by saying that Red Corner Notices have been issued against seven officials. May I ask you sir, who are the seven officials? Or once again these seven officials are the fictional characters in your now confirmed sick and hallucinating mind.

Mr. Hafeez please get your facts right. The bail condition was that all the concerned persons had to attend the EOW office every Monday and Thursday. While Mr. Tarakji was in the hospital the advocates filed for exemption from personal appearance on Medical grounds as Mr. Tarakji is recuperating and is advised complete bed rest. The advocates are filing regular applications for exemption of personal appearance. This, under no circumstances, tantamounts to jumping bail or absconding without trace. Mr. Hafeez sahib, please get your facts verified before reporting. Oh I am sorry I am asking you to work we know by now you report based on hallucinations.


I have again and again demonstrated above that you Mr. Hafeez have an over fertile, hallucinating and a sick mind. You have a tendency to cook up fictional characters and you seem to suffer from short term memory loss. You Mr. Hafeez are a person of very low gravitas. I on behalf of the entire 20 lakh Speakasian Panelists place my severest objection to your falsified news.

I sincerely hope that the company SAOL takes attention of your malicious campaign against the company and moves the appropriate legal forum as they may be advised.

I am keeping a copy of this letter which I will use to lodge my protest and complain against you in whatever forum I am advised by the counsel of the Association.

स्पीक एशिया: तारक वाजपेयी गायब

टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया की ओर से खबर आई है कि स्पीक एशिया के सीओओ तारक वाजपेयी मुम्बई में नहीं हैं और पुलिस अधिकारियों के पास ऐसी कोई जानकारी नहीं हैं कि वो कहां हैं।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया को बताया है कि उन्हें ठाणे पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार किया गया था। उसके बाद वे उन्हें जमानत मिल गई थी और वे ज्यूपीटर हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती थे। यहां हेदराबाद पुलिस ने उन्हें हिरासत में ले लिया था। श्री वाजपेयी ने अपनी अग्रिम जमानत के लिए हेदराबाद अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया था, लेकिन अदालत में उनका वकील उपस्थित हुआ। तारक वाजपेयी उपस्थित नहीं थे। इसके बाद वे कहां गए मुम्बई पुलिस को कोई जानकारी नहीं है।

MUMBAI: The chief operating officer (COO) of fraud online survey firm SpeakAsia has jumped bail. "Tarak Bajpai (36) has disappeared and we don't know where he is," said an officer. 

Bajpai was first arrested by the Mumbaieconomic offences wing (EOW) along with other co-accused in the multi-crore scam. The men were then arrested by the Thane police in a case registered there. Bajpai complained of health problems and was admitted to Jupiter Hospital on bail and was operated upon.

In the meantime, the Andhra Pradesh police took the remaining accused into custody and took them to Hyderabad. "At that time, Bajpai was in the hospital," said the officer. Upon his discharge from the hospital, Bajpai, through his lawyer, approached the Hyderabad court seeking anticipatory bail. "He was not present during the hearing and his anticipatory bail application was rejected," said the officer.

SpeakAsia, floated in 2010, allegedly duped people by posing as a survey company. Investors, also called panelists, were given usernames and passwords to be used on the company's now defunct website upon payment of Rs 11,000. Each panelist was given two surveys to complete in a week. Investors were promised Rs 52,000 if they completed 100 surveys in a year.

According to the police, SpeakAsia transferred Rs 1,000 crore from India to Singapore and that the fraud amount could be over Rs14,000 crore going by the number of investors. Investigations have revealed that the online survey firm duped over 24 lakh investors across the country.

The company's head office is in Mumbai and not Singapore as reported earlier.

The other men arrested with Bajpai are the portal's technical head Rajeev Mehrotra, Shaikh Rais Latif (32), an assistant for portal operations and in-charge of regular pop-ups, accountant Ravi Janakraj Khanna (44), senior panelist Deepankar Sarkar, financial advisor Sanjeev Danda and one of the directors, Rahul Shah.

EOW has seized two Mercedes belonging to the firm's Indian chief and panelist, Manoj Kumar Sharma, who is currently in Dubai. "We found more than 175 accounts in various banks with a collective balance of over 150 crore. All of these have been frozen. The two seized cars are valued at Rs 1.30 crore. We are looking for the company's properties and will attach them with court's permission," said an officer.

The firm's international chief, Harinder Kaur, is at large. "Red corner notices against seven office-bearers have been issued. We are coordinating with other police agencies to arrest them," the officer added.

Today when I login on Face Book account (http://www.facebook.com/groups/SpeakAsiaMobiClub/)  just few minutes back , I am shock , again TOI publish news , now about Tarak Bajpai Sir Missing from Hyderabad this is just unbelievable , all media knows that our victory is very very near , thats why they are just creating havoc between us again , one of my friend who is Franchise of SAOL met with EOW officials when they call him along with other Franchise of India , in front of him Tarak Ji father Vimlendu Bajpai ji submitted the Passport of Tarak Sir as a security , now this is all rubbish by media again to disturb the positive atmoshphere among us .
