News 1 :- Interpol on Speak Asia’s trail
The Speak Asia online money circulation scam is getting bigger, with the Crime Investigation Department finding out that money was routed from Singapore. The CID has sought the assistance of Interpol and the Singapore government to collect details on the financial activities of the company abroad and about the top brass, Harendar Kaur, one of the accused. Investigations revealed that the accused used the 'Seven Rings' company to route the money in the form of investments from Singapore.
The CID has found that the company has to pay dues of Rs 3295 crore to its members across the country, including many in the state, towards rewards. On Wednesday, the Vijayawada Sessions Court denied bail to two prime accused in the case including Chief Operation Officer Tarak Bajpai and Speak Asia Rewards in charge Rajeev Mehrotra. The investigators, lead by CID Economic Offences Wing IG, Mr Jitendar, found that the company has collected Rs 2276 crore from the members, including Rs 50 crore from 49,000 members in the state.
Most of the victims belong to Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai.
Investigators said that around Rs 776 crore was taken out of India and out of that, Rs 321 crore had been brought back and paid to members. Around Rs 454 crore had been was taken out of the country. So far, the CID has frozen Rs 139 crore in the name of Speak Asia Online in various banks in the country. The CID has found that the company was planning to bring back the money to the country through some channel.
The top brass of the company was trying to float a new company named Precision India Marketing Limited with an all-new management team. So far, the CID has arrested six persons in the scam. They are Ravi Khanna, an accountant, Shaik Rayees, a web application manager, Deepankar who made Rs 1 crore by enrolling one lakh members, Rahul Shah Vice president of the group, Srinivas Reddy and Swamy of Vijayawada.

News 4 :- RBI will have no problem in clearing the company business model
Updates from The Bhaskar - We were all greeted with the good news from the company through the official blog spot www.speakasiaonlinemarketing.blogspot.com. It was good to know that the RBI has eventually given SAOL the opportunity to present to them the Speakasia business module. I am 100% sure that when the company officials return before the RBI within two weeks the RBI will have no problem in clearing the company business model.There was the Association PIL which was scheduled today in the Mumbai High Court.As there was a new bench due to the elevation of Hon. Ms. Ranjana Desai to the Supreme Court the court seemed to want some time to understand the case which is a good sign and shows that the Hon.Judge wants to give us a square chance to explain our case. Due to the upcoming Puja Holidays the case is now adjourned to 12th October, 2011 which again is a good date as it will now be heard after the Supreme Court matter which is slated for 10th October, 2011.All panelists have to understand and realize thatin such a surcharged atmosphere even the matter not going against us is a positive sign.

We all know of the sad demise of Mr. Bahirwani’s mother and I pray that her soul rests in peace.
I also request everybody to please do not call him until Saturday i.e. after the chautha ceremony of his mother.

अब तक बहुतों ने स्पीक एशिया पर उंगलियाँ उठाई. कभी नेता,तो कभी,जी न्यूज़,स्टार न्यूज़ HEADLINE TODAY और न जाने किन किन हस्तियों ने. क्या हक है स्पीक एशिया को इंडिया में लोंगो को रोजगार देने का? क्या इन्होने ठेका ले रखा है किसी आम आदमी के घर में कुछ अतिरिक्त इन्कम देने का?
देखा कर दिया न 1000 करोड़ का घोटाला. नहीं नहीं ज्यादा का है शायद 2000 या 3000 करोड़ का भी हो सकता है. अरे भाई 1900000 लोग है जो फस चुके है. अब इनके लिए खड़े हो गए छुटभैय्ये नेता/उपनेता जब स्पीक एशिया का कुछ न कर सके तो बैठ गए. चुपचाप. गुमनाम होकर.
फिर खड़े हो गए दलाल. लिए किसी से रुपये और कर दिया FIR स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ. लेकिन क्या ये लोग जो स्पीक एशिया को लेकर इतना बवाल मचा रहे है. उन्हें अपने दायें-बाएं कुछ दिखाई नहीं देता ? शायद कोई चश्मा-वशमा पहन लिया है इन्होने. (घोड़ागाड़ी में घोड़े को पहनते है ना...ताकि वह अपने दायें-बाएं ना देखे और सीधा चलता रहे) ऐसा ही कुछ है शायद. चलो थोडा इनको मै दायें-बाएं की सैर करावा देता हु.
एक MLM कम्पनी चल रही है पछले 10 सालों से RMP INFOTEC PVT LTD. जिसके सेमिनारों में ये दावा किया जाता है के RMP में अब तक इंडिया से एक करोड़ से ज्यादा लोग जुड़ चुके है. तो अब हिसाब लगाओ दोस्तों. कितना बड़ा फ्रौड़ किया है RMP ने ? इसकी जोइनिंग है 5999 से 7000 रुपये. अगर मान के चले के 6000X 10000000= 60000000000 कितना हुवा ??
किसी ने पूछा इनको? इनका प्रोडक्ट भी कितने का है? 200/600 रुपये का? सूट लेंथ सियाराम का. मुंबई की मंगलदास मार्केट में 350 रु में मिल जाता है. लालटेन जो सोलर लेम्प के नाम से बेचीं जाती है. कितने दिन चलती है? (सवाल ही गलत है. अरे कितने घंटे चलती है ? ये पूछना चाहिए) इन्देक्शन कूकर और ना जाने क्या क्या ?? क्या EOW को दिखाई नहीं दिया अब तक इतना बड़ा घपला ? RBI ने क्यों नहीं इन के खाते बंद किये? के सो गए सारे इण्डिया के ठेकेदार ?
नहीं कर सकते भाई. स्पीक एशिया के खाते बंद हो सकते है. कारण. इन के नहीं बंद हो सकते. स्पीक एशिया ने इन के जैसे प्रोडक्ट जो नहीं बेचे लोंगो को एक नयी तरह का बिजनेस दिया लोगों को. यही गलती कर गयी स्पीक एशिया इनके जैसा ही लोगों को'' चुना''जो नहीं लगाया यही तो भूल हो गयी.
अरे भाई बेचना था कोई सूट-लेंथ ,कोई watch ,लालटेन ,पावर सेवर, ये सर्वे-वर्वे इंडिया में लाने की क्या जरुरत थी ? ये लोगों को कम्पूटर का ज्ञान देने की कोई जरुरत नहीं थी. और सेमीनार लेने थे बड़े बड़े. क्राउन डायमंड रोयल डायमंड बनाने थे. कोही ,समुराई के ट्रेनिग की तो यहाँ कोई भी जरुरत थी ही नहीं,. अरे इस के लिए चीन, सिंगापूर मलेशिया. यहाँ जाना था. इंडिया में क्या काम ऐसी बेकार की चीजों का?

- दोस्त बिलकुल ठीक कहते हो आप .. लाखो कंपनी लोगो को धोखा दे कर पैसा कमा रही है और लोग बेवकूफ बन भी रहे है .सरकार को ऐसी कंपनी नहीं दिखे देती है .और जो कंपनी लोगो को रोजगार के रूप में काम दे रही थी उसे कुछ लोगो ने अपने फैदे के कारण उसे बंद करवा दिया स्पीक एशिया ने लोगो का क्या बिगाड़ा था जो उसके साथ ऐसा किया गया ..झलक इंडिया मै आप से यही गुजारिश करूँगा की एक सच्ची स्पीक एशिया अगर भारत में नही चलेगी तो कोई दूसरी फ्रौड़ कंपनी भी भारत में नही चलेगी ..हमें सर आप लिस्ट दीजिये ताकि लोगो को पता तो चले और कितनी फ्रौड़ कंपनी भारत में चल रही है और सरकार और मीडिया की नजर उन पर नही पद रही है ..manish786
