Friends, there 3-mega events in October, 2011 regarding the court cases of Speakasia. Let us see what are these event, & will this help the company to win & get back?
All complaining about updates, can just guide the present scenario:-
4th, October:-
Rbi meeting was held with SAOL on 20th September, some queries and documents r asked by RBI, for which 2 weeks time is given by RBI, now SAOL will give results & replies in 2 weeks to RBI that ends up on 4th october. so it will be sooner. & since RBI is satisfied with the business model and work of SAOL thats why they r further interested to get more things related and will give clearence soon.
10th, October:-
Case is also going on in Hon’ble Supreme court of India, that is from panelists side, its hearing is on 10th october. in it RBI, ROC, MCA are involved. SAOL is represented by one among the top five lawyers in india, Mukul Rohatgi.
12th, October:-
Since the Hon’ble judge oh Mumbai High Court is elevated to supreme court of India, thats why our case in Mumbai High Court got delayed by 21 days, due to the fact that durga pooja holidays came during the course…hearing is on 12th october now. in mumbai high court, EOW, ROC and MCA are involved.
Nearly all agencies have finished its inquiry, EOW, ROC, MCA, SFIO, and RBI is doin through meets and documents verification. so in the current scenario, i can assure this only. that if anything faulty or fraudy would have been detected then, neither RBI would have called again for few more things, and also till this time charge sheet against company in various fields and frauds would have been filed, so… its just a matter of some days more, we all will be celebrating our win…as all is in judicial procedure now…it depends on clearence in Courts, and since too much holidays are coming, so hearings are delayed…and things are moving slowly…!!

News 2 :- The Things Are Going Systematically, Any Day You May Hear A Good News
Every one is depressed, loosing hope and in the pressure of down line.
Every one now better knows that , the things are going systematically , Investigation agencies are submitted their report after investigate this company with every angle, and prove nothing against Speak Asia . and now RBI invited officials to learn about the business module of company.
Guys , some things are need to review :-
1) EOW has to submit there reports very soon , as per the direction of HC
2) RBI has 2 weeks , but they can put report any day under two weeks and it’s not need to worry about.
3) EOW can’t hand over site , before HC Judgment. It’s Technical term.
4) Exit option is a positive sign and indicates that ,EOW and Court are positive about panelist payments.
5) The communication between Panelist and management is still alive and they are requested us to bear with them.
6) Management lawyers and other officials are active to resolve the things .
7) Now , HC, SC , and Agencies are involved in this case and any how the things will clear very soon, we are not alone,,,so please keep calm ,any day you may hear a good news.

मेरे सभी स्पीक एशियन भाइयों को एक ख़ुशी सहित शुभ प्रभात, भाइयों आप ने बहुत स्पीक एशिया का इंतजार किया और अब उस इंतजार की घडी अंतिम चरण मै चल रही है ! आप सभी को अपने धैर्य का फल मिलने का समय आ गया है! आप इस बात को अभी इतने विश्वास से नहीं ले रहे जितना उस समय लोगे! यकीन मन्ना ये मै कोई मजाक या आपके दिल से नहीं खेलना चाहता ये एक सत्य है! जो अब पूरा होने जा रहा है बस चाँद घड़िया ही आपकी मंजिल के बीच मै है सिर्फ आपको उन चाँद घड़ियों को ही निकलना होगा और 100% अपने दिल मैं सकारात्मक सोच रखनी होगी क्युकी विज्ञानं ने भी ये साबित कर दिया है की आपके चारो तरफ सकारात्मक किरण होती है जो आपको आपकी सोच के अनुसार फल भी देती है जैसा सोचोगे स्रष्टि आपको वैसा ही फल और रूप दे देती है इसीलिए तो श्री मद्भागवत पुराण में भी भगवन श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन से यही बात तो कही थी!
हे आर्य अगर तुम सकारात्मक सोच से सोचते हो की तुम कौरवों से जीत चुके हो और कर्म को भी सोच के अनुकूल रखते हो तो तुम्हारी जीत पूर्ण रूप से संभव है ! रामायण मै भी बाल्मीकि जी ने भी यही वर्णन दिखाया है !! जा की रही भावना जैसी प्रभु मूरत देखि तिन तैसी !! यानि जिसकी भावना जैसी होती है स्रष्टि भी उसको ऐसा ही फल देती है ! लेकिन इस बातों को आप एक पुराणी कथा न समझे विज्ञानं ने भी ये साबित कर दिया है की ब्रहमांड मै कोई ऐसी शक्ति है जो हमारी दिमाग के विचारो से जुडी है! और उस पर बहुत बड़ा शोध भी किया और पता लगा जब हम कोई सकारात्मक विचार सोचते है तब स्रष्टि भी हमारे साथ ऐसा ही करती है यानि हमारे साथ अच्छा ही होना शुरू होता है! कभी कभी आप लोगो ने देखा होगा अप्कोई काम करने जाते है और ऊसकी कल्पना पहले ही कर लेते है की ये काम शायद होगा नहीं तो वाद मै ऐसा ही होता है! क्यों पता है क्युकी तुम उस समय उसको अस्तित्व मै दल रहे थे और तुमने जैसा सोचा उसका परिणाम वही मिला अब यहाँ बात स्पीक एशिया पर अति है तो अगर आज स्पीक एशिया जीवित है तो सिर्फ लगभग सभी लोगो को सोच से है लेकिन कुछ लोग जो नकारात्मक विचार रखते है उनकी वजह से स्पीक एशिया को भी उसके कार्य मै कही न कही हनन हूया क्युकी उस समय नकारात्मक प्रकार के लोग स्पीक एशिया को नकारात्मक किरण से पर्पग्य करा रहे थे लेकिन जो सकारात्मक विचार वाले लोग उसे जगह जगह पर शक्ति यानि विचारो की शक्ति दे रहे थे !
तो भाइयो ये कोई मै आपको कहानी नहीं सुना रहा था और ये भी बताना चाहता हूँ ये एक अटल सत्य है जो की सभी जो कामयाबी के शिखर पर पहुचे उके पर ये ही सोच थी ये ही रहस्य था जिसके कारन वो कामयाबी को परत करने मै सक्षम रहे! तो आप सभी भाइयों से मै यही अनुरोध करता हूँ की अपनी जीवन की डिक्सनरी मै से नकारात्मक नाम का पन्ना फाड़ दो और अब सिर्फ हिम्मत, सहस, धेर्य और अपने सकारात्मक विचारों के साथ अपने आपको देखो मै वडा करता हूँ की तुम्हारी मंजिल तुम्हारी मुट्ठी मै होगी 100% बस भाइयों इस रहस्य को मै आप लोगो को शेयर करना चाहता था और आज मैंने कर दिया और आप भी अपने लोगो को शेयर करे जिससे हम स्पीक एशिया को एक पोजिटिव एनेर्जी दे सके! आज से अपने जीवन को ऐसे जीओ जैसे चारो ओर तुम्हारी ख़ुशी तुम्हे बुला रही है और पूरी दुनिया तुम्हे प्यार कर रही है ऐसी सोच के साथ अपने हर दिन की शुरू आत करो निशिचित जीवन मै सफलताये आपके आती रहेंगे.

20 सितम्बर 2011 को एक सोल एवम RIB के पदाधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में RBI द्वारा कुछ दस्तावेज एवम कुछ सवालो के जवाब 2 हफ्तों में मांगे गए थे जोकि सोल को 4 तारीख तक जमा कराना है. अगर 4 तारीख की बैठक में RBI सोल के बिजनिस मोडल को समझ कर हरी झंडी दे देगी तो सोल को आगे काम करने की अनुमति मिल सकती है.

स्पिक एशिया के पेनलिस्ट द्वारा दायर की गयी PIL की सुनवाई इस तारीख को माननीय उच्च न्यायलय में है. इस सुनवाई में RBI MCA एवम ROC भी शामिल होंगे तथा सोल की ओर से भारत के 5 शीर्ष वकील होंगे जिनका प्रतिनिधित्व मुकुल रह्तोगी जी करेंगे.

माननीय मुंबई हाई कोर्ट में चल रही सोल सुनवाई के जज की पदोन्नति सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हो जाने की वजह से दुसरे जज आ जाने की वजह से एवम आने वाले महीने दुर्गा उत्सव की छुट्टियों के मद्देनजर अगली सुनवाई 12 अक्टूम्बर 2011 को है जिसमे EOW ROC एवम MCA शामिल होंगे लगभग सभी जाँच अजन्सियो ने (EOW ROC MCA SFIO ) ने अपनी जाँच पूर्ण कर ली है केवल RBI को सोल के दस्तावेजो की जाँच 4 अक्टूम्बर को करेगी.
अब तक किसी भी जाँच कम्पनी को कुछ अतिरिक्त दोष नजर में नहीं आया है जैसा की आप सभी को पता है. अब माननीय अदालत पर पूर्ण निर्भर करता है की वो अपना फैसला कब तक सुनाये. जाँच एजेंसी को जाँच करने में वक़्त लगना लाजमी है पर हर हर बीतते वक़्त के साथ हम लक्ष्य की ओर बड़ रहे है. हमारे पक्ष में फैसला आना महज वक़्त की बात है.
