One more mistake in that news Speak Asia conducts four surveys per month.. All SpeakAsian knows that we have to fill 2 surveys every week.That means 8 surveys in a month. Please don’t believe any external news, believe only news from speakasia’s official blog.

स्पीक एशिया: समस्या की ओर ध्यान ही नहीं जा रहा
2227 करोड़ रुपये के इस घोटाले का सरगना मनोज शर्मा, नयन खांडोर से पिछले साल फरवरी से अपनी वेबसाइट पर नकली ई-जीन और और फर्जी सर्वे बनवाते थे। जिसके जरिए लोगों को कमाई का झांसा देकर ठगा जाता था।
फर्जी सर्वे और नकली वेबमैगजीन बनाने के लिए नयन खांडोर को हर महीने 1.5 लाख रुपये मिलते थे। मामले में एक चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट भी पकड़ा गया था। अब तक 8 लोग गिरफ्तार हो चुके हैं। सूत्रों का कहना है कि जांच जारी है और आने वाले दिनों में और गिरफ्तारियां हो सकती हैं।

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the city police has learnt that the e-surveys provided by SpeakAsia to its panelists to earn reward points were designed and prepared in Dadar, and not in Singapore as claimed by the scam-battling company’s officials.
The finding is based on an arrested web designer’s confession. According to EOW sources, Nayan Khandor, the director of Brand Saloon Inc in Dadar (W) and a web designer, met SpeakAsia CEO Manoj Sharma in February 2010. He was given the task of creating e-surveys and e-magazines for the firm.
“He told us that initially, he was paid Rs 10,000 a month.But his last cheque was for Rs 1.50 lakh. This means that he had increased his survey rates after SpeakAsia became popular and more people started investing in it,” said an EOW official on the condition of anonymity.
“Sharma’s claims that SpeakAsia surveys were taken by a client in Singapore are baseless and false. We have recovered several surveys from Khandor’s place and have also seized his laptop, which has been sent to the forensics department for analysis,” said Rajvardhan, additional commissioner of police, EOW.
Khandor created and sent surveys via e-mail to Sharma in Delhi, who passed them on to another software company in Mumbai.
This firm then uploaded the surveys on SpeakAsia’s website. “Khandor has admitted to his involvement in the fraud,” said Rajvardhan.

Online survey firm Speak Asia’s surveys for its investor-panelists were sourced mostly from Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet, and not from clients based abroad, the investigation by the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai police has revealed.
The EOW, on Friday, arrested a web designing firm’s owner who allegedly prepared surveys for Speak Asia from information he gathered through the Internet. Speak Asia’s claim that its surveys were sourced to clients abroad who wanted feedback from consumers in India, has fallen flat following revelations by him.
Nayan Khandor, 25, owner of Brand Saloon Inc. was arrested by EOW on Friday evening and following a search at his office in Dadar, cops seized material that suggested his firm’s relationship with Speak Asia. “We are in possession of Khandor’s electronic communication with Speak Asia’s Manoj Sharma, the bills Speak Asia paid for, and the unsent surveys he did for Speak Asia,” said an EOW official.
According to police, Khandor claimed he was aware that the surveys he was doing for Speak Asia were not being used for any genuine purpose. Speak Asia used to pay him anything between Rs 30,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh per survey.
“In one of the emails exchanged between Khandor and Seven Rings India, a Speak Asia concern, Khandor was given a list of topics that were to be considered for future surveys. The topics included use of scooters, deodorants, talcum powder, washing machines, power saving etc,” said EOW sources. Khandor and his team would search information related to the above topics on Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet and prepare a survey. It would be sent to Seven Rings India or Tusliantek company in Delhi.
From Delhi, the survey, after approval by top bosses, was uploaded on a Singapore-based server to be sent to hundreds of panelists who were supposed to respond to it.
Speak Asia bosses have maintained so far that the surveys were commissioned by companies abroad and the income from these surveys was being distributed among the investor-panelists. Each panelist had to conduct four surveys a month for which he was paid Rs 500 per survey.
Khandor will be produced in court on Saturday and EOW authorities said they will seek his police custody for further interrogation. On Thursday, EOW had arrested Speak Asia financial consultant Sanjeev Dandona. According to EOW, Dandona was proxy owner of Kritanj Management, a firm associated with Speak Asia.

दोस्तों नमस्कार, ये लेख स्पिक एशिया के उन पेनलिस्ट के लिए जो केवल स्पिक एशिया को गलत द्रष्टि से देखते है जबकि वास्तव में समस्या क्या है उस ओर उनका ध्यान ही नहीं जा रहा है.11 मई 2011 के दिन स्टार न्यूज़ पर एक खबर आई जिसने लगभग १२ लाख लोगो (उस वक़्त शायद १२ लाख पेनलिस्ट ही थे ) के मुह से उनका निवाला छीन लिया
दोस्तों जब कोई क्रिया होती है तो उस पर प्रतिक्रिया होना लाजमी है
समस्या शुरू हुई सरकार ने जाँच बिठा दी क्या सरकार का ये कदम गलत था नहीं बिलकुल नहीं
कैसे गलत नहीं था सोचे
अगर सरकार इस खबर को नजरंदाज कर देती जो की धीरे धीरे दुसरे समाचार चैनलों ओर समाचार पत्रों में भी फैलती जा रही थी
तब अगर सच में कुछ समय के बाद खुदा न खास्ता कम्पनी भाग जाती तो ये मिडिया सरकार का क्या हाल करती क्या ये आप लोगो से या मुझसे छुपा है
मिडिया छोडो क्या आप ही सरकार को दोषी ना ठहराते की जब मिडिया में दिखाया जा रहा था तब क्या सरकार सो रही थी
जैसे अभी आप सोल में खामिया निकलने लगे है तब क्या सरकार को दोष नहीं देते बोलिए
क्या गलत हुआ जो खबर दिखाए जाने के बाद सरकार ने ये रुख अपनाया उसने जो किया सही किया और उसे यही करना भी था
ये हमारे लिए अच्छी बात है क्योकि जब इस सारी जाँच एजेंसियों की आग से तपकर सोल बाहर निकलेगी तो कुंदन बनेगी
इस बात का अहसास मन में करो अच्छा लगेगा
अब आते है देर क्यों हो रही है
ये तो कुछ भी देर नहीं है सारी जाँच एजेंसिया एकसाथ जाँच कर रही है सरकार के इस कदम को मैं साधुवाद देता हु
अब जरा सोचिये अगर एक वक़्त पर एक जाँच एजेंसी सोल की जाँच करती पहले EOW फिर ROC फिर MCA फिर SFIO फिर RBI
और हर जाँच एजेंसी कम से कम ४ महीने भी लेती तो सोचिये और कितना वक़्त और लगता
दोस्तों मैं एक बार फिर कहता हु हौसला बनाये रखे आप बार बार कहते है सोल हमें अपडेट नहीं दे रही है
अब आप चाहते है सोल हर तारीख को सुबह से लेकर शाम तक क्या किया क्या खाया क्या पिया आपको बताती रहे तो ऐसे में
क्या उनका ध्यान लक्ष्य से नहीं भटकेगा जबकि जो भी जरुरी खबर होती है आप के सामने बिज़ बास्केट के जरिये परोसी जाती है
