Good Evening Speakasians,
The entire Speakasian family was waiting to hear the outcome of today’s meeting with the RBI.
The meeting has been postponed and the fresh date of the meeting will be fixed within the next couple of days.
What is important to note is that answers to all the queries of the RBI are ready with the company SAOL along with documentary evidence.
This present example and the shifting of date in Supreme Court are the reasons why I have always been professing that no time line can be fixed or determined when the matter is sub judice as such delays are normal in our system. But the moot issue is that we all have implicit and unflinching faith in the Indian Judicial system and we all believe that in the end analysis “Satyamev Jayate”.
I once again urge all the panelists to have patience and belief in the company. This is the time to show our resolve and our unflinching support to the company. We are bound to win and we will surely win.

When Payment starts ?
No one can give dates about payment because company needs approval from RBI. The good news is that Company already approched RBI. According to latest news company needs to submit some documents to RBI in this week. If RBI gives permission definitely SpeakAsia will start to make payment
What about company Website?
Right now website is under EOW. I think EOW will handover website after completion of Investigation. So no one can give dates about company website because it depends on EOW.
When Exit Option Starts?
I think We already sent answer to this question.
Right now company is collecting only panelists record those who want to exit from SpeakAsia. To this company needs server database and bank accounts. For this company is waiting for EOW
Some source says that at present SpeakAsia is on a very good stage. So, lets pray from our heart that SAOL comes out with flying colors very soon and we can make our life better and brighter in future.

SPEAK ASIA : Defensive war is always defeated
RAM BALI GUPTA. I had writen about SAOL management in my previous blog 'A TO Z about SAOL by now. ' that it has always been faild on every important occasions. Now I present here some considerable facts. One thing I will say here that SAOL has always been defensive in its fight against media, its competitors or govt. agencies.
1-SAOL was only defensive when media started prevailing wrong news and allegations against it, while it should go to Court itself and should file a case of defamation aginst media. But company did not do so and as a result media goes on misreporting still aginst SAOL.
2-SAOL was only defensive when RBI had frozen its accounts while it should itself go to Court against RBI If it had no defect in itself. But Madam Haren Kaur and other officials went on requesting RBI to open its accounts and allow it to make payments and RBI went on hearing SAOL's request with deaf ears. If company have gone to court against RBI in beginning, perhaps the situation becomes something else today.
3-Company has always been defensive against its competitors also. If its competitors can cause it trouble and conspire against it, why SAOL is behind? Today is the time of ' tit for tat '. Why is it (SAOL) not playing a diplomatic role against its competitors. 4-Company has always been defensive in the matter of EOW v/s Mr. Tarak also. For escapement from further arrests SAOL was about to take anticipatory bail from Suprime Court. But perhaps, company has not taken anticipatory bail by now and so one after one SAOL's officials are being arrested.
