Last year, the online survey company entered the Indian market and opened the innovative front to earn money online and turn out to be successful company and with in no time it has attracted around 1.7 million people as its hardcore followers. No sooner it became the name in the household, it got eclipsed as the company's bank accounts were seized and the website site became dysfunctional.
This malicious propaganda has developed doubt in the mind of the masses which resulted to be a negative impact across the country, where scams have become uncontrolled and are of no use to a common man.
Whereas, this survey company moved with a single objective to offer returns to its panelists.
As per the Speak Asia officials, company's board of members have explained the business model of the company, which has been comparing to that of Ebay, where investor gains the benefit. This was presented before honourable Justices Dalveer Bhandari, Justice Deepak Varma & Justice Gopal Subramanium.
While, as per the latest updates company also informs that they are willing to pay their panelist as they have sufficient funds to pay back, for which Supreme court has appointed retd Supreme court judge to supervise the committee for all payment proceedings.
While, The next hearing for writ petition (civil) case no 383/2011 is expected on 14th Nov 2011. Presently, when we are clouded with corruption and Speak asia is the company which is running around the court for the benefit of its panelists.
Company has full faith in the functioning of Supreme Court. Now we are standing at such a position, where one needs to wait and watch the verdict going for or against the company.

Website saol management ke paas nahi hai but committee is wrking to find out total liability to be paid to the panelists which is to be presented on 14 nov beforee sc. two techninal member from saol are with website so before 14 nov no pop will come from saol, saol will get direct access after payouts only because of doubt in mind of govt agencies of data theft by saol to minmise their liability. dear speak asian dont be panic all is well.

Over the last two days our website has all of a sudden become active and is allowing the SpeakAsians to log in and view the website. We would like to state that the website access passwords and database access was taken over by the Economic offences wing of the Mumbai Police. This was obtained from the technical team of the company that used to maintain the website. This action was executed immediately after the arrests of the company's COO and others. Since then SAOL has no access to the website speakasiaonline.com.
Furthermore, we would also like to clarify that the any attempt on our part to regain the server access would have been deemed as obstructing the investigation. SAOL is totally committed to cooperating with the concerned authorities and therefore has not initiated any action that may be deemed as obstruction to the investigations.
The motive behind partially restoring the access to the website speakasiaonline.com is at the moment not available to us as we have had no official communication from EOW, Mumbai Police on this subject.
We appeal to you to not believe false and motivated news item appearing online as well as in conventional media. We also would like to assure the SpeakAsian community that the company has initiated a series of actions aimed at restarting and returning to business as usual.

स्पीक एशिया की लोगिन पुनः बंद हो चुकी है मित्रों | कुछ भी समझ में नही आ रहा है कि क्या गोल-माल चल रहा है | कोई कहा रहा है कि अभी वेबसाइट कंपनी के कंट्रोल में आया ही नही और अभी तक EOW ही उस पर नियंत्रण किये हुए है तथा लोगिन कैसे होने लगी प्रबंधन को इसका कुछ भी पता ही नही है |
बहुत से लोगों का तो यहाँ तक कहना है कि कंपनी को सर्वर मिल चुका है और कंपनी के खाते भी defreez हो चुके हैं तथा कंपनी बहुत जल्द भुगतान भी शुरू करने वाली है | जिसको जो समझ में आ रहा है अपने तरीके से व्याख्या कर रहा है | इधर कंपनी कान में तेल डाल कर बैठी है और उसे स्थिति को स्पष्ट करने की कोई आवश्यकता ही महसूस हो रही है | पता नही क्या होगा भगवान् ही जानता है, भाई|6) About Speakasiaonline Website Status
