Its a good news for all speakasians Speak Asia officials got bail in Raigad case and now we are awaiting for the three most important dates on which the future of everybody depends 1)Supreme court matter posted on 14th Nov,11 2)Criminal PIL listed in Mumbai High court is posted on 16th Nov,11 3)Supreme Court hearing for quashing of criminal FIR in hyderabad has been served on.

As you are well aware that EOW FILED their report to mumbai high court and i m happy to inform you that as per information received they have nothing subtantial but they have created doubt that becoz there is no registration and unmovable assets of SAOL in india so there is a great risk to its member.ANY DAY saol can fly. it should be taken care. they want before handing over the site all dues must be cleared by saol.they also requested ROC to have their views before giving registration to saol.So now lets hope our best wishes on 16 th nov in mumbai high court to know the view of court.

Saol have to pay a penalty for violation of act 591 to ROC THEN it will be given registration.
